First, we set up a complimentary consultation to discuss your project.  We review your needs and wants, including your budget.  I take lots of measurements, and ask lots of questions, and I may even take photos, all of which guide me through the design process.

At the design meeting, I will present you with all the information you need to make decisions, including samples of fabrics, floor coverings, and furniture finishes, as well as colour photos, specifications, and drawings.  You never need to leave home -- I do all the running around for you.

Once your decisions have been made, I do all the ordering, tracking and scheduling.  I personally attend all deliveries and installations, to ensure our quality standards are upheld, and that you are satisfied.  I employ a team of professionals to help make your rooms a reality, and we deal with any issues so you don't have to.  In fact, most times, you won't even know there was an issue.  I make the decorating process as stress-free as I possibly can, because I know how busy you are.  Best of all, I get paid for the products I provide, and I do not charge design fees.  Now, isn't that something worth talking about?
